Local Heritage Initiative  (LHI)

The Bottesford Living History Community Heritage Project came into being as the result of receiving grants from the Local Heritage Initiative (LHI) during the summer of 2006. The LHI, part of the former Countryside Agency, administering funds provided by the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Nationwide Building Society. The LHI was wound up in August 2006, and administration of the project’s grants was assumed by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The Countryside Agency has been superceded by Natural England.

This website has been launched with financial assistance from MuseumsLibraries and Archives East Midlands (MLA).
