Part of the Leicestershire and Rutland Festival of Archaeology 2018

Join Dr Mireya Rodriguez Gonzales  of University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) to hear about the excavation prompted by development plans on ancient pasture close to the Easthorpe medieval earthworks site (Scheduled Ancient Monument). The recent excavation discovered new evidence of the lost history of this part of Bottesford parish.

The door will be open at 7pm and the event will start at 7.30pm. After the talk there will be the chance to discuss the findings of the project with Dr Gonzales, and to enjoy light refreshments.

Reservations: The library has limited space, so please contact us to reserve your places via the telephone number or email address given below.
