Local Family Information

I have been tracing back my family history. It appears that my relatives have lived in and around the villages of Bottesford for hundreds of years. I would love to hear from anyone that may be able to give me more information or have any photographs. I would also like to know where my great gransfather George William Oliver is buried. He swappped his name around on the censuses so may have been known as William Oliver. He was born in Muston 6 August 1878, one of the children born to John and Mary Oliver that lived at Hospital farm in Muston, he was married to Edith Scoffield from Denton and then to Minnie Topps from Muston (I think). Minnie and William lived in Harston and then in Bottesford. His mother Mary Oliver was originally Mary (Maria) Bond from Gonerby, daughter of John Bond and Ann Wilson also from Gonerby. Edith Scoffield my great grandmother's parent's were John Scoffield (1852 - 1915) and Ann Ayto (1856 - 1896) from Denton. Other families include the Pulfrey's from Denton. The Padget's from Muston the Smart and Millhouse family from Knipton. The Barnes from Croxton Kerrial and the Stredder family from Folkingham, these families lived in these villages from about 1817 - 1920's. My mother was an Oliver that lived in a little cottage at Harston that is no longer in existence. Any information or especially photographs would be gratefully appreciated. Currently my family the Plummers are still living in and around the Bottesford area. I am particularly interested to trace back another family member Stanley Frank Coyne whose grandfather William Smart (1843 - 1915) lived in Knipton, his mother Rosa died a few weeks after he was born.
