The gramophone in the living room at the Lock House
Probably a corner in the living room, an old gramophone and collection of 78s.
Margaret Langton
In one corner of the living room stood this mechanical wind-up gramophone, complete with a selection of old recordings. There was no mains electricity at the house, so the brothers settled for old-fashioned musical entertainment.
